How to Cook Skate Wing?

Method #1 – Pan-Frying

Step 1:

Set a large nonstick pan or a cast-iron skillet on the stove and drizzle about 3 tablespoons of olive oil. 

Set the burner on medium-high heat and heat the oil for a minute. Regular olive oil has a high smoke point and prevents burns when used as a cooking oil.
